Salah satu momok buat para adsense publisher adalah ketika kita sedang senyam-senyum 
melihat angka di “todays earning”, kemudian tiba-tiba muncul surat cinta dari Google yang isinya kita tidak bisa ikut program adsense lagi. Isi suratnya kira-kira seperti ini:
Hello (nama publisher),
It has come to our attention that invalid clicks and/or impressions
have been generated on the Google ads on your site(s). We have
therefore disabled your Google AdSense account. Please understand that
this was a necessary step to protect the interests of AdWords
advertisers.As you may know, a publisher’s site may not have invalid clicks or
impressions on any ad(s), including but not limited to clicks and/or
impressions generated by:- a publisher on his own web pages
- a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads
- automated clicking or surfing programs, or any other deceptive
software
- a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads for any reason

Sesak kan? Bayangkan, segala macam usaha untuk mengumpulkan $$$$ selama ini hilang bagaikan embun pagi tak berbekas. Ketika surat tersebut sampai -mudah-mudahan jangan- ke inbox kita, artinya semua uang yang belum dikirim akan hilang. Gone. Flushed. Vanished. Meskipun begitu, (katanya) uang yang sudah dikirim dalam bentuk cek akan tetap bisa diuangkan.
Kalau sudah kejadian gini, kemungkinan untuk mendapatkan account kita lagi dengan banding sangatlah kecil, ada yang bilang cuma 5% kemungkinan account kita kembali lagi. Saya sendiri baru pernah baca 2 kali orang yang berhasil mendapatkan account dan uangnya kembali. Oh ya, kita selalu bisa daftar lagi atas nama saudara sih.. kakek, nenek, emak, bapak, teteh, mas, adik… 
Nah, sebelum semuanya kejadian seperti diatas, untuk menghindari account kita di banned sama Google, ada beberapa tips yang semoga berguna:
- Jangan mengklik iklan kita sendiri,
- Jangan meminta teman-teman kita untuk mengklik, meskipun beda kota sekalipun, karena kalau kebiasaan, ntar malah kebablasan, lagipula paman
GoberGoogle akan tau juga kalau klik datangnya dari satu negara saja, - Kalau bisa, nggak usah kasih tau situs kita. Carilah trafik dari SEO dan atau SEM aja,
- Pasang script pemblok iklan semacam AdLogger (gratis) atau asRep (berbayar, $50) untuk jaga-jaga, siapa tau ada yang jail sama iklan kita,
- Tidak usah melanggar TOS Google, seperti misalnya, menghilangkan kata “ads by Google”.
Saya sendiri dulu pernah kena invalid clicks meskipun belum sampai datang surat diatas, tapi sempet deg-degan juga… Saya doakan semoga account kita semua selalu aman sentosa.
