depends on what kind of data plan you have and what kind of phone you are switching to. This means that if you have a non smart phone data plan ($15 a month) and switch to a non smart phone then it will work, but if you have a non smart phone plan and switch to a smart phone (blackberry, blackjack, palm) then that wont work because they require a smart phone data plan for internet ($30 a month). if you have a non smart phone plan and try and switch to an iphone then that wont work eather. If you have a smart phone plan and want an iphone then you will just have to switch plans but there wont be any change in price.
