Udah berapa lama ya, saya nggak memposting? Lumayan lama, bukan apa-apa, ini karena engine wordpressnya rusak. Saya jadi susah kalau mau posting. Akhirnya semuanya saya install ulang lagi. Untung bisa diselamatkan

OK, sudah cukup pengumumannya. Sekarang balik maning nang laptop 
. Akhir-akhir ini banyak diberitakan yang namanya domain parking. Tapi, kali ini saya nggak akan bicara tentang strategi cari uang di domain parking, walaupun ada hubungannya dikit.
Domain parking, sejatinya adalah memanfaatkan domain yang kita punya, tapi nganggur. Tapi, tau nggak kalau sembari diparkir, kita bisa juga menjual domain itu juga? Nilainya nggak main-main. Ada yang cuma puluhan dollar sampai dengan ratusan ribu dollar (wow..). Coba lihat ke situs Afternic dan Great Domains, disana banyak sekali dijual nama domain dengan harga fantastis, dan itu semua bukan bohong-bohongan.
Terus, nama domain apa yang laku mahal? Biasanya seperti ini nih:
1. Usianya lama. Semakin lama semakin bagus.
2. Terkenal, artinya udah pernah dapat trafik. Untuk mencek, lihat di Alexa
3. Namanya mudah diingat.
4. Semakin sedikit jumlah hurufnya, semakin bagus.
5. Tidak menggunakan kata yang tidak perlu, seperti: All-About-Xxxxx.com atau AllAboutXxxxx.com, nama seperti ini sih susah laku mahal.
Oh ya, tentang jumlah huruf, domain dengan 2 huruf (dot com) semuanya sudah diambil orang loh.. (termasuk www.CJ.com). Total ada 676 kombinasi. Kalau kita bisa punya 1 aja, nilainya minimal $1000 loh… Itu termasuk nama nggak masuk akal seperti gx.com (apaan tuh ).
Satu lagi, kita bisa cek perkiraan berapa nilai dari nama domain kita di LeapFish. Jangan senang dulu, itu hanya perkiraan saja. Sebenarnya nilai yang paling benar dari domain kita adalah “Seberapa orang lain mau beli nama domain kita”. Berapa nilainya nama domain saya ini berdasarkan prakiraan mereka? $800 dollar 
. Berapa nilai domain yang anda punya?
Jadi, ketika mau beli nama domain, pikirkan sekali lagi namanya. Siapa tau kalau nggak berhasil di domain parking bisa dijual. Atau ditunggu dalam beberapa tahun kemudian bisa laku ratusan ribu dollar. Semoga
