Negara-negara yang dilayani untuk tujuan nelpon gratis memang hanya 31 negara termasuk Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong (termasuk HP), Norwegia, Belanda, Rusia, Australia, Puerto Rico (termasuk HP), Spain, Inggris dan Amerika Serikat (termasuk HP). Walaupun nggak kesemua negara, tetap aja ini termasuk deal yang bagus (iyalah.. gratis gitu.. ).
Layanan gratis yang diberikan memang ada batasnya, yaitu 300 menit per minggu, per nomor IP. Jumlah yang cukup lumayan, 5 jam perminggu. Kalau 300 menitnya belum habis untuk minggu ini, sisanya nggak bisa buat tambah kuota minggu depan, atau hangus, dan jumlah menit gratis kembali ke 300 menit untuk minggu depan. Kalau jumlah menit gratis sudah habis, maka baru dikenakan rate yang cukup murah. Gimana dengan Indonesia? Sayangnya kalau kita nelpon ke nomor telepon tanah air ini masih kena charge. 500 Rupiah per menit untuk telepon rumah dan 900 rupiah per menit untuk HP dan 300 rupiah untuk sms. Mending nelpon dari HP kita sendiri emang.. tapi kalau mau nelpon keluar negeri, layanan ini benar-benar layak dipertimbangkan karena ada gratisannya 
Saya udah pernah coba untuk nelpon ke amrik untuk konfirmasi layanan domain. Dan menurut saya suaranya jernih, hampir seperti telepon rumah. Selain itu juga hampir nggak ada lag, nggak seperti pengalaman saya nelpon pakai flexi ke amerika, ada jeda waktu yang membuat percakapan jadi bikin bingung antara saya dan penerima telepon (selain karena bahasa enggres saya yang kurang sip 
).
